Pros

Interviewers were understanding when I told them I would leave in September for college. Easy to take certain days off.

Cons

I worked at a new location and there were not many customers at times which made the work boring some days.

Pros

Discount but its really limited lets just say they give you $3,000 to spent within the year. They say you can't buy anything but for yourself or if it is gift for someone.

Cons

The company pay is not enough money to live. The company wants you to sell everything to the customers. They want you to sell clothing, socks, insoles, shoe laces & cleaners. When you start working for the company they make you take 40 tests. If you want to become assistant manager you take 90 tests. They will test you more for manager positions that only pays $12 hr. Company wants you to bring three pairs shoes to every customer for no reason. Company gives stores less hours to give employee only two days for each days 4 hours of work. They want you to sign people up with Sports Illustrated subscriptions free magazine for men 10 weeks kids 4 weeks but customer will get charges after 10 weeks. Company only cares about their money than their employee. If you want the company health insurance they will take bi-weekly $200-$500 & with co-pay like really. The company has change my district so many times. PTO: When you average 32-40 hours per week, you receive 1 hour PTO for every 40 hours you work. YOU WILL NOT WANT TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
