Great company Boosted the pay up at least 30%. Great Point system Management is nice People are awesome Regular Town hall meetings has plenty of benefits

Cons

Sometimes hires incompetent associates Mass Layoffs inconsistent hours team leads are glorified babysitters Favoritism is abundant inconsistency with punishments Picked about 150 names out of a hat and then fired them...

Pros

30% discount on all product, make your own schedule, company is making great advances to remodel old stores. Also with this position you truly learn how to run a business in all aspects of the house. All the way from inventory to how sales are driven.

Cons

Turn over rate is fairly slow, not much opportunity to move up in the company. Also there was a change in the companies bonus structure that impacted a lot of the staff.
