      Had a great experience working here part-time nights and weekends. Very supplemental income to my primary job.

      Pros

      This was a part-time job I took to keep my self occupied and make money while doing so. They really worked with me on my availability and everyone was kind.

      Cons

      The only downside would have to be the midnight releases (which they don't do anymore) and the rowdy customers wanting shoes that were in high demand but the stock couldn't meet the demand.

      - Your store becomes your family - If you do well upper mgt lets you roll and do your thing - Pretty easy going if you need an additional day off as long as your store is covered - Fun atmosphere; also your job to create that - Customer service expectations are amazing - Annual meeting they fly all store managers to Indy

      Cons

      - Tough to get promoted after being a store manager; no matter how long you been with the company - Upper MGT can be very unprofessional and play favorites regardless how well your doing - Annual meeting; YOU SEE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL EVEN THE RVP'S ARE!!!

      Pros

      Pretty good company that allows for promotion to assistant manager and manager in training positions. Usually pretty rewarding to those who produce. Good job for students who are looking for job flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Pretty revolving company. Management continually changes store and district wide which may lead to hours being cut, pay changes, or other changes without much of a warning
