      Pros

      Consistent hours, high energy work environment. The pay was decent and the opportunities to advance are endless. With the right people, a great place to work.

      Cons

      The higher ups in the company have no clue what they are doing. Promotions above store manager are a popularity contest. District managers and regional managers have no direction. Worried about little numbers such as handheld usage or 881 sales, regardless of the bottom line comp sales.

      Cons

      Never really had a stable environment always favoritism and not based on how hard you work. Nothing is appreciated nor acknowledged. District Manager doesn't even do his job nor answer questions of concern. You had to send out shoes to customers when you are on the floor trying to make commission and get PAID LOWER THAN MINIMUM WAGE. They care for customers, but what about the whole team? Every release we have on Jordans have to be put under the Manager which is ridiculous when you are the one helping.

      Pros

      Laidback environment. Simple, but easy bonus system is based on sales gains as well as send sale fulfillment. A lot of sales contests which can earn you extra money on your paycheck. Company culture is very good. Finish Line does a lot of fundraisers and volunteering for the Special Olympics, Boys & Girls Club, and more.

      Cons

      Pay as an AM is not sufficient to be your main job (ranges from $10-12 an hour + bonuses). Can only move up to a store manager if a store becomes vacant. Retail work schedules are not consistent.
