      They have Great benefits for the employees

      Cons

      Do not pay enough. Don't give you all your hours. When they do give you mandatory overtime they take your weekend.

      Pros

      You were able to get discounts on merchandise. Flexible schedule allows you to plan events. They teach you many things about retail management.

      Cons

      The pay is ridiculous for how much you work. The district manager will lie to you every chance they get. I had to quit because they wanted me to move out of state - and they said it was non-negotiable.

      there are no pros horrible company and horrible management, not nice people no team work not the place to work they up sell everyone and are bad people

      Cons

      do not work here it was horrible never work here, cant believe i use to buy shoes here they harass customers and demo items no one wants to buy
