      Great environment for college students. Flexible hours Sneakerhead paradise Stock leads pay is decent Discount

      Cons

      Lazy people DM and regional managers are clueless. Pay not that competitive to how much stuff you have to deal with. Always fighting allocated hours to get stock done, but when associates need shoes they complain. You never have enough schedule hours before the distribution center dumps another 130 more cases on you 2 days later. If your a low volume store this isn't the problem. Corporate pushes donations and sports illustrated which are all a bunch of bologna.

      Pros

      Great environment, nice offices, enthusiastic teams. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      No clue about the benefits of marketing, IT, and supply chain. After years of negotiations with Nike, the company has not improved the size of allocations it receives per store. Upper management are not sophisticated people managers.
