      Pros

      Great oppurtunity to learn in a fast paced environment to sell and be successful. Learned how to Train and Hire Great Employees.

      Cons

      Provide longer tendered employees better opportunity to grow within company. Company doesn't promote from within as much as it should. Seemed to only care about your sales ratio when determining decisions as far as promotions are concerned. Commission structure was awful at the time.

      Pros

      If you love this type of work environment it makes things easier dealing with customers. I enjoyed my time there so much.

      Cons

      Only downside is the pay you make versus the time and effort you put in to the job. If managed correctly u can make a lot of money outside the company.

      You get rewarded for your hard work and your team becomes like a family.

      Cons

      The schedules were always pretty inconsistent on a weekly basis so it was hard to schedule around classes.
