      Extreme moral issues and favoritism between those who don't deserve it.

      Pros

      Obliviously store discount is a plus , seeing exculsive shoes first , and great interaction with sneaker fans.

      Cons

      Management is too close minded, shady sales tactics lead to a poor competitive nature , trust issues between staff, Jordan releases are done improperly ( Store Manager takes bribes) , Co-workers have suspect out of work relationships and too many lazy AMs/ Sales Associates . Not many hold high moral value and/or self respect .

      The employees are great. Management is awesome. The people here love their job. Great environment to work in and succeed In

      Retail hours aren't the best also you have to deal with some terrible customers. But you can easily get over these things
