The hours are very flexible, fun work environment, good place to get experience and meet new people, I still use the network of great manager I met working there.

Cons

District manager was a tool. Had to relocate for a promotion. Not a good work/life balance.

Every day is different. Rewarding to help customers and have a company that backs you up on satisfying the customer.

Cons

As a store manager you work what you have to..could be 45-80 hours with no compensation for anything over 40 hours. Also didn't feel like the departments or worked for each other. I had many issues with shipments and inventory control helping me.
