Great group of people I work with. The wage isn't bad at all. Great talking to different people each day and making friends with regular clients.

Cons

Sometimes have to fill many online orders. Stores are not distribution warehouses so that makes no sense to have them filling 200 on some days.

Pros

The people I work with are amazing and helpful, our store is very organized and always in the best shape possible. We may work late hours, but it pays off in the end. Not just with a paycheck, but you get to bond with your coworkers. My managers are absolutely the best people I've EVER worked for and it is the straight 100% truth. I've worked for some terrible people before and I've never been excited about work. The days are long, but are worth it in the end. You also get a one-on-one time with customers and can really build a relationship with them. At the end of the night, I value the customer's I've made happy over making sales.

Cons

Some customers can be very disrespectful, that's about it!

Great work atmosphere, being able to provide customer satisfaction as well as build good working relationships. Discount as well is a plus for when you need some new gear.

Cons

Depending on store and how hours are you may not work as much as you'd like working part time. Some customers are not polite.
