Good first job

Pros

If you are looking for a first job this is a great place to start. It teaches you basic cashier skills, customer service, and how to sell products to people. It also teaches you how to talk to people.

Cons

Does not pay very well. They do say it is commission based, so the harder you work and more sells you make the larger your paycheck. Even though you may not notice a difference in your paycheck due to how small the amount of commission is.

Great company to work for if your looking to jump-start a sales career or if your a high school/college student needing supplemental income.

Cons

Not a career that would sustain you long term; great for college/high school students.

Pros

Great place to learn sales and marketing strategies. Great on the job training and staff

Cons

If you don't work hard enough, you won't make much money. The more you sell, the more you get paid
