Pros
They are flexible with school schedule, good discount and most of the time good work environment.
Cons
If you are not a manager they do not give you any hours. I felt sorry for part time workers because finishline company strategy is hire too many employees and give minimal hours. Turn over rate is high and this is the only retail store that I worked at that give really no hours for part time workers.
