Pros

The employee discount is 30%. Higher sales will get rewarded. School flexibility is for the most part good. If you work at a higher volume store, you have access to more premium product. Assistant Managers make decent money. Finish line is a good way to get your feet wet in a sales oriented environment.

Cons

The hours fluctuate drastically week to week. Holiday periods are rigorous, and mentally draining. A weekend off is unheard of. Poor sales performance creates a tense work place.
