      There are no pros here other than the discounts on sneakers and clothes that you get and that's about all here is .

      Cons

      Everything about the entire place is terrible when it comes to being employed there so I would not recommend it to anyone else

      Pros

      Employee discount Relatively stable and flexible hours for a part-time student in college Usually young co-workers Company has the best positive look to consumers when compared to other shoe stores.

      Cons

      Standards are over-the-top at certain times. Management inconsistent at the store level. Low pay. No real path for advancement, pretty much work with who you know and have decent sales numbers before you speak to them.

      Pros

      Most of my managers were very nice and helped a lot. They taught me how to sell pretty well.

      Cons

      I noticed the longer that I stayed there that the managers started to decrease in quality and they would place people in positions they weren't ready for. A lot of stealing was noticed as well.
