      Pros

      Pretty limited positives right now. The discount is nice at 30% off of regular and sale prices. Flexible schedules for part time employees.

      Cons

      Pendulum swings greatly from one focus to another quickly and seemingly without reason. Upper management changed recently and has "cleansed" itself of a lot of the talent that grew this company and made it great. Store managers and store level associates are expected to do far more than is humanly possible given the payroll constraints placed on them. Performance metrics are continually added but none are ever dropped which attempts to make an "everything is vital" type of environment. Stay away.

      Pros

      Lucky for me, I had one of the AMAZING bosses ever. He made sure the store and all associates knew the right information and up to date with new technology with any running shoes. You do receive 30% off any product that we sell, but I hardly bought anything to be honest.

      Cons

      The bad thing about this company is mainly the management. They are very disorganized, not up to date with their information, and the pay is horrible.
