      Pros

      The crew is always fun to work with. They're filled with energy and charisma which makes working fun.

      Cons

      As a sales associate, you do not receive many hours per week. Pay is based on commission which can be difficult depending on the location of the store.

      Pros

      Work with wonderful people at Macys. Company Discount Decent pay for a retail job.

      Cons

      Work alone Not a lot of work and can be boring at times. Very few customers and expected to make sales. Would sometimes see only 5 customers in an 8 hour shift. No training

      Pros

      People are pretty nice and its a fun environment. Good discount and always know when the best deals are. Management is usually pretty relaxed, especially with time off. Will work with your schedule if you are in school.

      Cons

      Commission system is terrible, especially if you are a low selling store. Depends on store, but nobody really cares because they are unmotivated by wages. Hours aren't stable. Lots of sales goals that require you to pester customers.
