Pros

If you work at a larger store you get to work with a few (generally younger) cool people. Can be high energy. A good manager will really get you past any fear you had with going into sales. This is a good company to introduce you to a sales environment (in the bigger stores).

Cons

The smaller stores are dead boring. Smaller store=slower mall. Not as much to aim for and no hours to have more than one or two others a shift to work with.
