Pros

30% employee discount. Chance to move up if your good. Assistant managers can make decent money. Employees are usually easy to get along with. Generally easy to get time off.

Cons

Hours are never stable, you could go from having 18 hours a week to having 5 hours a week. Sales associates are enticed with commission, but base pay is so low that you rarely benefit from it. Commission is really only beneficial if you are a manager.
