*Flexible hours *Good for a first job *Store mangers & assistant managers give you daily feedback on your growth *Great training opportunities which could help you later in life

Cons

*Impossible store sales goals *The district managers are never satisfied *A lot of work for little pay *Not as many products carried that are available in competitors stores

Pros

They give you the freedom to develop as a salesperson. Management is friendly, and it is a fun place to work as a high school student.

Cons

Pay is low. They have moved to commission based salary which has helped sales. If you're good, you work late hours.

-good pay plus commission -training -coworkers are competent -hours around your school schedule -good environment -excellent benefits for high school and college students

Cons

-bad hours during summer -a lot of rude customers -really busy during the holidays -management needs to be more competent
