Pros

Good discounts (30%) Nice work attire (shorts and dry fit shirts) Usually pretty good with requesting time off (if you have a decent manager) Some decent co workers

Cons

Nothing is ever good enough (sales gains, hours, accessory numbers, etc etc..) Sales mean nothing if you don't run good accessory numbers! Promotions are usually about who the DM likes, and not about who deserves it A lot of DM's play favorite and HR isn't always helpful or supportive Upper Management is pretty clueless about what goes on at the store level

Pros

Employee discount 30%. You can wear jeans. That's all!

Cons

The company just doesn't care about about their employees. This is my biggest complaint. Training hasn't been updated in years (3+ at least). Getting a pay raise is impossible. Bonuses are even more impossible. Finish Line like to make money not pay it out.
