Benefits outside of the ones listed in the 'Pros' are mediocre. Health and retirement is not great, but not terrible either. I came from a company that was paying out $.33/dollar up to 15% of my paycheck, so this incentivized employees to actually do the 15% into 401k that financial advisors recommend Discounts on store merchandise is surprisingly low

Low pay for a lot of work. Store associates, which is what really helps keep the store moving, don't receive any good benefits. Likely to be overworked and underpaid.
