if you are a manager,then you can come late.manager can do anything except work and they are entitled to get as many benefits from company.
Cons
make you sign a bond with a notice period which will make you think that you should resign or not. no learning and no earning.false promises and very low appraisal. rude management and hostile environment as if they are king and employees are slaves.
