Pros

if you are in this company then only pro is the door which will always ask you to quit

Cons

if you get late by 1 second, they deduct your salary even if the work gets completed.they mentally harass people with discipline rules which they make and they never follow. if you are a fresher, then don't join this company.all the good people have already left.a handful of them are also planning to leave.

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. Our objective with freshers is always to accelerate learning and provide an on-the-job environment that helps them evolve professionally. - Regarding pay, trainees and freshers are paid in the range of 25-40k which is quite good considering the competition and the segment we are - Notice and other practices we follow are the standard ones that top industry players follow. We, as a matter of fact, have many good policies that even top companies do not follow - We never had and don’t have 3 years of bond practice. - The term ‘Resource’ is something we don’t like either and do not use internally or even with our customers. We don’t like the term ‘Asset’ either that some companies extensively use. I’m not sure where you came across this but could be a one-off incidence with the project manager or a term used by the customer. Customers do use it sometimes due to their ongoing practice and we suggest them using people or developers and not anything else in such cases. Lastly, never have we followed what you called ‘Hire and Fire’. We have our first hire still working with us and other members who have worked with us for 7-8 years now. Except in some cases in sales who were not able to perform even after 7-8 months of an engagement or some trainees who could not learn even after 6 months of engagement, we have never disengaged an employee.
