Cons
Most of the employees are not like this company due to high pressure. Only freshers can work in this company. Most of the experience came by hit and try method, lack of experience in most of the domains for handling big projects. Company won't trust employees and also they won't take any risk to grow their company. Salary detection if you came late and managers will try to make you stay late everyday and company won't provide any incentives for the same. Appraisals are based on your dependency(How much profit company got from you) and not based your performance. The way they are making product is not good because they are taking projects at very less money and make their employees to finish.
