Hello there and thanks for your review and feedback. We have taken the Cons mentioned by you as constructive feedback and will address them, however, can you please elaborate on following- 1. When have we ever asked any team to stay the whole night? Can you please quote an example. Minor delays aside, teams are asked to leave on time and do not stick around for late. Further, non work days work has always been rewarded as OT. 2. Can you please share the problems you faced in infra so that we can work on improvement of same. 3. Re hikes, we are not sure what role you were in but even the average performed at Finoit come under 15-25% raise and exceptional performers happen to get even 40-50% hike. Please give example of less hike if observed. Thank you for your feedback again.

Hi there …Thanks for your feedback. We understand your grievance about the timing however that practice has been adopted after having flexi timing policy in the past. Since our work is inter-dependent in many ways, it’s essential that all team members are available at same time and thus we started this framework.
