You get lot of work and good learning from here.

Cons

No extra benifits. If you have any issue in your laptop (WFH) and you are unable to work for 1 or more days then you need to apply leave for those days (but this also depends on managers). I spend about 15 thousand on laptop for their work and also loss salary for that day.
