4yHi there, I’m sorry for your experience with the timesheet management process. Was equally frustrating for us to implement this and we tried to avoid this as long as possible but had to implement it finally due to constant customer insistence and for compliance reasons.
Customers wanted a more transparent timesheet and time tracking process and thus we were left with no choice. We are eagerly waiting to return to the office so that our normal process can commence again.

Regarding your note on salary deduction, we would love to provide you with details of the incidence when the salary has been deducted for any reason other than taxation purposes. We didn’t even permanently deduct the salaries during the worst time of the pandemic either and so, request you to provide the details of the incidence you are referring to.
