Friendly atmosphere, Good office , every individual in the company are smart and intelligent, all are employees premium institution background, Good product, Good customer base and friendly HR

Cons

Growth is limited, promotion is only in terms of money & there is no career growth is within the organization but the exposer within the org can give a good jump outside the company.
