-Transparency -Opportunity to think and try out-of-box stuffs -Solid financial base -Get opportunity to work with strong talented team -Strong products

-Flat management -Immediate changes in decisions and strategies -Comparatively more hours of work -Start-up like operations (still runs like family business)

Salary offered is good. Lots of learning about the corporate world.

Cons

10 hours working everyday and some saturdays. Women employees can plan maternity only after they have completed 26 months of employment with Fiorano. F&F can be unexpected as training costs are deducted while quitting the organisation. Very few holidays and leaves. Lack of good HR policies and the policies tend to change overnight to suit the whims and fancies of the Management.
