Very good product No Work Pressure Very good Pay, got salary hike twice Flexible timing Good exposure No dress code Friendly HR Single window system for HR related queries, no complexity You can do any R&D no one will stop you Office location is awesome, you will have all facility there Really Enjoyed my 4 Years

Pros

It is a good place to start a career since you can chose from a variety of possible domains. Lot of range from AngularJS to Big data. Easy to transfer from one team to another. Good compensation and benefits after you finish 3 years. Possibility to research. Possible to work on enterprise integrations from a less experience. CEO is a tech guy from IIT Delhi - pro or con depends on you!

Cons

Poor HR, just enforcing CEO whims. Timing restrictions - CEO level scrutiny Package is above average but not in sync with the effort expected. Not good at retaining talent. Need to report and deal with CEO after 3 to 4 years in the company.
