The company is growing. The compensation is good. Free food, pantry and gym regular paraphernalia. Opportunities to work on new things.

Cons

Frequent change in the direction of work. More work than people. Regular and sudden firing.

Pros

I like the passion under the new CEO. A lot of the extravagant spending is gone, the focus is on execution. Upper management has the right vision. HR is good.

No free lunches, no 401k matching
