Pros

Worst management Ive worked for in mu 30 years of working for high tech companies. Extremely disorganised. Arrogant leadership. HR has no direction, or even knows what they are doing. Benefits are very average. Pay smaller than others. Oh, wait, the free food was goosld

Cons

Oh, apart from that it was great!

Pros

Over the past 2 years, Mandiant/iSight leadership has almost completely taken over FireEye and the culture/morale has improved dramatically. - Fun culture and atmosphere, even for remote workers - Smart people who care about their mission - Ability to contribute and growing internal mobility - Good pay - Reasonable work/life balance in most functions - Solid and reasonably priced benefits

Cons

- Some (nice but non-essential) perks removed as they cost cut towards profitability - free lunch, some snacks, etc - No matching 401k

Thank you for your great ideas on how to improve life at FireEye! With our new go-to-market strategy, we are changing the way we market all of FireEye’s hard work and innovation. While we don’t currently offer a 401(k) match, we do provide our employees with very competitive benefits beyond the foundational rewards, such as Employee Stock Purchase Plan, generous PTO, paid parental leave, professional development opportunities and many other perks. We continuously review our benefits, and the more successful we are as a company, the more we can consider providing additional options such as 401(k) matching.

Pros

- still decent in security but won't be for too long -Helix product is nothing new. Qradar, arcsight are already players there.

Cons

- too many directors, VP, and managers - more managers than individual contributors, managers who just play politics rather than work - a great deal of silos hampering innovation and growth - layoff managers and consolidate -400 people in finance! Why!? We need to make money to have so many people manage it.
