The hiring process in FireEye is one of the best I have experienced due to the following reasons: 1. Interview questions were all very relevant to the job. The interviewees focused in on my experience and asked very specific questions on those areas. Much better interview technique than the behavioural type questions where you are expected to use the STAR method. 2. The feedback was always very good and the experience hugely positive. 3. The recruiter from FireEye was efficient, approachable, very knowledgable and drove the process really well. I always had a very good idea where I stood with the process. I am now with the company 2 months, people are very welcoming, my managers very supportive and in general a very nice atmosphere.

Cons

Due to the nature of a start-up, systems and procedures may not be as mature as new hires would like them to be.

Kevin Mandia has changed the company from a technology company to a solution company with technologies led per services. iSight Partner and Mandiant were great acquisitions.

Cons

Partner Programm in Europe isn't strong enough, partners don't always understand the positioning.

- Very nice work life balance. - Very good products which having bleeding edge technology - Engineering team conduct very nice technical activity called 'capture flag' . Also conducting hackathon before Christmas - Teams are very friendly - Very good HR team - they willing to listen us always. A team member in HR very supportful. Always wanting to help. - Lot of extra activities . Healthy items like Zumba take place - Free food and snack. Very good tea daily many times day

Different engineering team working together requiring.
