- Good Work - Big Data technologies and massive learning opportunity. - Aggressive products on Cloud side, technical challenges are motivating - Good people , reliable management : Folks you can count on! - Good pay, stocks to make you feel that you too are important! - Cloud email engineering teams are supportive. - Your improvement ideas for product are heard, and given a chance to add in. - Non Geo barriers : India and US Engineering teams work the same way and on same thing!

Cons

- Some times the work gets aggressive, so seat belts on! - Scale is a problem on cloud, production issues can be hot. - Great sales on cloud email, loads of customer it may get bumpy but not if you have will to steer and sail through..
