-Deadlines are unrealistic and create a culture of constant urgency -The manner in which deadlines are met, frequently sacrifices the quality of workmanship and development verification -Employees are often expected to take on responsibilities and tasks outside the job description and their knowledge base -Documentation within the company needs governing improvement as well as quality control

Pays under half of industry standard. Toxic management. Heard racial slurs spoken by long standing managers and many other terrible things in the workplace. Unsafe working conditions. Enclosed space protocol is not followed and I was not provided a chemical mask for over a month. No upward mobility. Raises were not even enough for cost of living adjustment.
