Pros

I've worked at several big & small companies and so far, Firefly is my favorite. We do work hard, but there is also work-life balance here. The people you work with do genuinely care. Leadership cares. As long as you communicate what you need, leadership will help as best they can. A lot of changes have happened within the company due to our recent successes, but I feel they have all been for the best.

Cons

None, I love being at Firefly. We've got a great company culture and plenty of very smart and talented employees.
