Pros

Working at Firefly, you'll find that it's very fast-paced and the room for growth is limited by your ability to quickly take on new responsibilities and learn. It's an excellent career accelerator and the hours can be demanding, but very rewarding.

Cons

Leadership lacks cohesion and work-life balance is not the greatest.
