Management expects you to do everything from manage technicians and file inventory accountability paperwork. Too filing work orders!! Have been working here for 9 months now, they keep giving me more work to do as a RTS .I have shown high sales and great customer service surveys! Still no pay raise!! Why should i try to prove myself if i already have and havent gotten anything in return. By the way commission structure here is BS!!! Making $1 off of selling a $192 tire are you kidding me .Most you can make is $4 per tire commission and thats not including the tax they take out of that commission!! Bottom line dont work here if you need more than minimum wage.If the whole store doesnt hit their sales goals. You dont receive any of your commission so, im good off that!! Hope Firestone learns how to take care of their people better!! Until then ill take my skills elsewhere
