Work like a dog Corporate preaches a work/life balance but doesn’t care if you’re at store level. A lot of upper management have never worked & shouldn’t work in auto repair industry. If you want to get ahead screw people over. Corporate only cares about profit & not how you got there.

Experienced and certified techs get paid decently and can be flexible with their scheduling

Cons

Entry level positions are rough. You're expected to know alot even without experience and are asked to do alot of small tasks around the shop rather than getting the experience you need. You're treated as beneath the rest and mainly looked at as a janitor who does oil changes and tires sometimes.
