      Compensation is decent, benefits are great.

      Cons

      Insane hours that you work and must recruit quality associates to work as well. Holidays are becoming a thing of the past!

      Pros

      Base salary for Store Managers is above average and the Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are extremely affordable. Advancement is very quick.

      Cons

      Advancement is very quick due to high turnover. Hours are extremely long (70+ for store managers required to work every Saturday). The company is focused on one thing: Sales for Profits. Time off and 40 hour work weeks are openly mocked. Competition between stores and associates is fierce to the extent that it feels like the CIA trying to cooperate with the FBI...just not going to happen.

      good benifits and hours are not bad. discounts our great . there is room to advance and make money if you are aggressive enough.

      Cons

      retail hours work sundays and holidays except christmas. test after test to stay firestone certified gets old after awhile just because you can pass a test does not mean you can do something
