Pros

Nice group of guys. Other than that I can not find any other pros to work for this company. Bottom line, big mistake working here.

Cons

No lunch breaks, rules and regulations to death. Pay sucked and no organization what so ever. Over a week and never got a W-4 and never finished I9. VERY poor management and I was scolded for trying to sit down and eat a sandwich I had brought with me for lunch. Showed up around 7:30am and when I went to lunch out at 5:40pm was scolded again for trying to leave. I was never put on the schedule and the manager assumed I would be working mon-Sunday without asking me. NO MANAGEMENT HERE.

Pros

Decent pay for your position

Cons

Micro-Managed, no co-lateral management if you get bullied by a team of flunkies.

Pros

enjoy working with all the team members, management has been proactive with training and development, already coaching on best routes to raises and upward mobility

Cons

the bombardment of on line training course requirements. It is unreal for the training department to dish out over 50 courses each taking approx 1-2 hours and expect all courses to be done at the end of the month. Also the hiring process was a little chaotic, it seemed like there was a lapse in communication for the corporate side to get the position open in their system, when it had in fact been opened for months.
