They have good pay structure, lots of free training, and a good online support for diagnostics. They also don't care if you work over 40 hours a week if your not hourly.

Cons

The company is run very poorly. In shop support is little to none on getting new equipment or scan tools. little time with family due to over working employees who are flat rate 45 to 55 hrs a week.
