Worked there 7 years of my life and that is time you will never get back. The company expects you to be dedicated to Firestone even more than your family. From my point of view they are not employee friendly even though they say they want to be a premier place to work! Which is simply a garbage statement that allows them to do what ever they want. As a manager I watched them bring in people that were good sales men but lied their but off to customers. They knew this was going on because I told them but was told to shut up because they make the company money. They would have a good guy come in and build the business get customers and send in a shark which would screw its customers and suck them dry for every red cent they can get. I seen this happen 100 times with no exaggeration.

Since restructuring there is not a cohesive team. We always brought up our own. Now that they hire people from the outside in higher positions it has become just another corporate giant.
