Pros

I can't think of any

Cons

In this company, there are jobs for black and brown people vs white folks..very and clearly segregated company. I've seen nepotism and politics at the highest level..arrogant leadership and lack of support and communication

Pros

flexibility to work from home. ok benefits. pay was ok but definitely had to advocate harder than most people for promotion/pay increase.

Cons

was not valued as a team member and a good employee. unfair and shady promotion practices. definite favoritism. no work-life balance (valued balance for workers with families over anyone else).
