Pros

Decent Salary. Work from home option.

Cons

Long hours required with very standard benefits package. No focus on employee development or career advancement. Very little to make you feel that they care about their employees. Little incentive to want to work for this employer long term. No communication on 401k match or raises and decrease in variable comp payouts.
