      There are no pros bro...other than salary coming on time. Dnt trust the good ratings they are posted by the management. Beware before you decide to join.

      Cons

      Not structured.not work ethics, no planning. Not willing to adopt new technologies, streamline processes or automate. Mumbai office is run by an autocrat, who does not understand management or skills. Most unstructured work environment.

      Flexible hours. People are great. A lot of vacation hours

      Extremely hard to advance. They bring in other people with no experience, rather than giving a current employee the opportunity.
