      Pros

      Fun loving atmosphere, yearly goodies. Nice cab facilities and other allowances. Food coupons.

      Cons

      Experienced people will not have much to do. Office in ITPL takes a lot of time to travel.

      Poor management, high turn over rate, unprofessional, poor training. Lack of organization, lack of communication between employees and management.

      I learned a ton about the background screening industry, but had to figure things out on my own.

      Very high turnover in management. No training. There is a lot of "passing the buck." People are not held accountable.
