Excellent employee benefits, Very open culture, Zero tolerance for any misconduct/misbehavior. Employees are treated with respect

Cons

Distance from home to office is the only down slide, but that's the reality.

Pros

Decent physical location in Atlanta, lots of remote opportunities. Often flexible on hours. Fair benefits plan- weak 401k, but very good on health care and PTO policy.

Cons

This company is plagued with very poor coordination and communications. Information is commonly misrouted and many managers are completely unresponsive.
