Pros

None that I can point out.

Cons

Continuously protects executive predators who sexually harassed women while HR looked the other way. Many women were forced to resign once they reported the incidents to HR. The sales department has been systematically firing minorities and replacing with all males in a professional gentrification over the last six to nine months. They also violated the ADA when they fired a Hispanic who had suffered a debilitating accident and was unable to fulfill all of his duties. Terrible place to work if you’re a minority, a woman or disabled.
