      Pros

      Good working environment and good support from fellow colleagues. No leadership opportunities and cross functional training

      Cons

      Lack of growth opportunities, no real compensation and appraisals. Lack of proper team management and no exit interviews by Hr for people quitting the organization.

      Pros

      The work is challenging yet rewarding; pay not bad; opportunity to work overtime a certain times of the year (although sometimes it's mandatory).

      Cons

      Each year, the company seems to reward its employees less. We were allowed to carry over 40 hours per year, now we can't while our office overseas is allowed to carry over up to 3 weeks. We typically get a yearly bonus and last year we didn't without any kind of company announcement...just a filtered down explanation from upper management to employees via supervisors. They care more about the bottom dollar and profit than they do about the employees who work so hard each day to keep them in business. Not a lot of room for advancement. Their 401K match is not great either.

      Chaotic company without any leadership, with most jobs outsourced to India, the company is like a headless chicken.
